RECOMMEND the Products to other people. When you are Passionate and Enthusiastic about something You tell other people about it. It's natural and it's easy. You do it every day. Sharing the Benefits and Value that You've gotten with Your Products is "where the rubber meets the road" in Your Business. This is the "Direct Sales" aspect of Your Business and it is the basis of You (and Your People) earning income.

SPONSOR Business Partners as Independent Representatives in Your Network Organization. Bringing people into Partnership with You and adds the powerful dimension of LEVERAGE to Your Business where You earn income by Teaching and Training Your Business Partners to Be Successful.

To BE SUCCESSFUL in Network Marketing You don't have to do a lot. You simply have to have Your People each doing a little. SPONSORING is the key to Building a Network Marketing Business and Enjoying the Lasting Benefits of Leverage and the Residual Income that comes with it.

Successfully RECOMMENDing the Products and SPONSORing Business Partners in Your Network Organization will require The Four Business- Building Conversations:

1. Conversation for Relationship
2. Conversation for Friendship
3. Conversation for Partnership
4. Conversation for Leadership

Network Marketing is PERMISSION MARKETING not Interruption / Intruding marketing. The first Commandment is "Thou shalt NOT Trespass." First, build a solid Relationship. You do that by Speaking... When You have a Relationship with someone You can Choose whether or not You Want to develop a Friendship with that person. When You Listen to people, Listen FOR their Values, the things which are most Special and Important to them in their lives. Shared Vales are the Foundation of Friendship. Stop, Look and Listen for them.

Friends Like and Trust each other. You can share Your Products and the Possibility of Business Partnership with a Friend more easily, without Fear of Rejection and there is a much, much Greater chance for Success.

When one of Your Friends shows an interest or has the kind of Values You Respect and Admire, and You simply cannot help yourself and You have just GOT TO tell them about Your Products or how much You WANT THEM for a Business Partner... Do It! That kind of Passion and Enthusiasm is irresistible... and rejection becomes a non-issue!

Remember Permission Marketing and be patient. With a strong Foundation of Friendship, it's almost inevitable you'll have a Conversation for Product Partnership or Business Partnership sooner than later. The more Relationships you have, the more Friends you'll have, the more Partners you'll have....

It's an amazing phenomenon that Real Leaders emerge naturally and organically in Good and Great Network Marketing Companies just by people Building their Organizations. You do not need a formal "Leadership Development" Program when You know that every one of Your Independent Representatives is already a Leader. They just need the right Vision and the right Partnerships to have their Leadership show up.
