As networking professionals, we are constantly talking about the importance
of belief as a critical element of success in our businesses. In this issue,
we ask the question, Is there a more powerful place that successful
people come from that is beyond belief?
Salt Lake City, Dallas, Denver was my first thought.
As I continued to sit with the question, feelings of passion and excitement began to emerge. I looked deeper inside myself for the answer and I found that yes, there is a bigger and more powerful place.
When I look beyond my beliefs, I find an inner confidence that goes way beyond believing in any products, company or profession. This knowing exudes from me as I walk through life. Its my posture everywhere I go.
Its in my energy field and attracts others to our profession, according to the Law of Attraction as demonstrated in the movie and book The Secret.
It is my voice, as Stephen Covey calls it in The 8th Habit: from Effectiveness to Greatness.
It goes way beyond any mental construct we call belief: I walk, talk and act with a certainty that I am in the right place at the right time for a reason.
