Brian Adams

Brian Adams is a published author and award-winning speaker. Born and raised in rural North Carolina, Brian did not just endure but purposely overcame his poverty stricken and abusive upbringing. Through the years, he has mastered several styles of martial arts and became a 6th degree black belt. He has conducted training for the LA Police Department as well as Women’s only self defense/rape awareness seminars. While teaching people physical self defense, he realized it was more important to teach them mental self-defense. Brian used his "Mental Self-Defense" knowledge to open and operate several successful businesses. He sold two of his businesses, to pursue his true life's passion—helping others succeed. Brian teaches people the inner workings of the brain because he knows that will give them control of their thoughts, which will give them control of their emotions, which will give them control of their lives!
