Karen Phelps is an international speaker, trainer and consultant, and Direct Sales coach. She is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and a supplier member of the Direct Selling Association. Karen is a master in the art of Direct Selling and Sponsoring having spent 25 years in Direct Sales. She learned the extreme importance of goal setting and how to set and reach higher goals for herself. She also shared that knowledge with other members of her organization and helped them achieve their personal and company goals.
Year after year, Karen was recognized for her outstanding personal and group sales achievements. She held the prestigious position of Number One Regional Personal Unit Sales for 3 years in a row. For over 20 years she earned every company incentive trip that was offered and traveled to Europe, Mexico, Australia, Hong Kong, the Caribbean, Canada, Hawaii and several other US destinations.
Karen is the author of several Direct Sales programs including, "It's a Party Out There - How to keep the fun and profit in Direct Selling", Master the Mechanics of Mentoring - How to Help Others Succeed in Direct Selling ", "Build Your Bookings" and "Increase Your Party Attendance". She publishes a monthly electronic newsletter, which is shared with thousands of Direct Sales consultants and leaders internationally.
In her personal life, Karen has been married to Larry for over 30 years and together they have 2 grown sons. |
