In this class you will hear a live demonstration of overcoming the anxiety of taking a difficult action. Then it's your turn. I will walk you and everyone else on the call through the same process. Silently, and in the comfort of your own home.

Here's how to ensure your success for the webinar. Think of an action you have been avoiding doing. Think about how you would prefer to respond when you take the action instead of feeling stressed. Then think of the benefits of taking confident action. This is your homework. The rest is up to me. You will find the change process to be practically effortless. But only if you prepare.
